National Eucharistic Pilgrimage 2026:
One Nation Under God
Join us for a special evening of prayer and devotion
This summer, the Church in the United States will once again take to the roads with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. The 2026 National Eucharistic Pilgrimage (May 24 – July 5) will journey along the East Coast on the St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Route, honoring America’s 250th anniversary with the powerful theme “One Nation Under God.”
Starting in St. Augustine, Florida (near the site of the first Mass in what is now the U.S.) over Memorial Day weekend, the pilgrimage will travel northward through many of the original 13 colonies, stopping in historic Catholic sites and cities before concluding in Philadelphia over the July 4th weekend. Nine dedicated perpetual pilgrims, accompanied by chaplains, will carry the Eucharist on foot and by van, inviting the faithful to encounter Christ in public processions, Masses, Holy Hours, and moments of prayer and witness.
As the oldest parish in the diocese, Saint Mary’s Church is honored to be the first stop in the Diocese of Camden!
