Parish Census Project

We’re excited to launch our parish census project! This multi-step initiative will help us update and maintain accurate membership records while boosting our communication tools.

Phase 1: Complete the Communication Survey

A brief questionnaire should be completed by all parishioners over 13. It collects essential info like:

  • Demographic details, such as birthdate and marital status
  • Current contact information (email addresses, phone numbers, mailing address)

You can complete it online here: Online Survey Link. Paper cards are also available in the pews at Mass for those who prefer a hard copy—simply fill one out and drop it in the collection box or return it to the parish office. You can also download the printable version: Printable Survey PDF.

This data will be entered into our new electronic communication platform, allowing for better outreach, event notifications, and pastoral updates via text and email.

Phase 2: Verify and Refine our Records

We’ll compare the updated contact info against our existing records. Using the new tools, we’ll target any inconsistencies to verify details—helping us identify active members and ensure our census reflects our vibrant faith community. This supports better pastoral planning for everyone.

Why Participate?

By joining in, you’re helping build a stronger, more connected parish. Your input fosters deeper relationships, tailors our ministries to your needs, and makes sure no one is missed in our shared faith journey. We encourage you to complete the questionnaire today—let’s make a positive impact together!
